NEW students are those that:

1. Have never attended school at a DeKalb County Public school(other than PreK)

2. Have not been enrolled in a DeKalb Public school for a full calendar year

TRANSFER students are those that:

1. Are transferring from a DeKalb Public school to E L Miller Elementary

To transfer a current DeKalb County student please complete your ANNUAL VERIFICATION on your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. PROOF OF RESIDENCY AND PICTURE ID REQUIRED

Pre-Kindergarten enrollment:

Pre Kindergarten has limited space. You must obtain a waiting pool form from the school to be added to the waitlist. Pre K candidates must be 4 years old on or before Sept 1st to qualify.
